There just is no living authority on the dead or the next realm. There are those with more knowledge and experience, yes. Those you should trust without any doubt or further research? No.

Jack The Gnome

What a perfect picture I found for this post!

During a recent meditation with a friend who is a Medium, a fellow by the name of Jack came back to visit me. She could see and hear Jack. She thought he looked like a leprechaun but then came to realize Jack projected himself as a gnome, just without the hat, because as a child I wanted him to look like that, he told her. He reintroduced himself to me through her and spoke of how he came to me in a time of need, around the age of 6, when I was distraught over leaving my grandparent's home to move in with my mother and my to-be stepfather. It was a traumatic period for me, at first, having that I lived with my grandparents for most of my life 'til then.

So, Jack was not actually a gnome. He just reappeared now in the form I wished him to originally. Today he was just checking in on me. Jack explained that he watches over children. He said he isn't an angel, but he did say it was his job to help young ones. He claimed he tried to comfort me and be a friend to me back then. In different words he basically said that my higher self noticed this but that my human brain didn't. Regardless, he indicated I still benefited from it. He mentioned that he thought I actually noticed him once, with my human brain, as he stood in front of a row of lockers at my elementary school. I don't recall.

Makes sense to me, really. I was obsessed with the idea of gnomes as a child. My grandmother introduced me to their world through books, stories and her artwork. It was a wonderful fantasy world to play in. So, of course I would react well to a gnome back then. In fact, I collect miniature gnome figures to this day. And it is not so far fetched to imagine someone watching over children, or anyone for that matter, from above.

Pre Human Memory - The River of Life

I have very real memories of being in a plain-looking room with other people. I'm guessing about 18 others. Our clothing was simple and subtle in color, styles were varying but similar. Some beings were holding what looked like coffee cups - and there was an area in the room with someone offering these drinks. I don't think money played any part in this, it never came up and I am sure I wasn't carrying any. I don't recall seeing purses or wallets with anyone. After what seemed like a short wait a man opened the door, exposing the most vibrant of colors.

We all made our way outside and were met with the most beautiful view! In front of us were two rivers right next to one another. A short section of grassed-earth separated them. The grass was so green, flowers of brilliant hues were scattered about and we seemed so high up! We were either on a mountain top or a big hill.

We all jumped in the river - some into the first, some into the second. Which river you jumped into did make a difference. I just don't recall the details of that difference. I was supposed to, or chose to, jump into the first river. Once in the water I remember feeling free, excited, happy, and dry - I recall not feeling the water the way we do in the physical body. I could see perfectly under water and the fish were not only the same size as me but at least one that swam right next to me, as if meant to accompany me on this journey, spoke to me telepathically. I wish I could remember what we talked about but I don't.

The most important part about this dream is that by jumping into the river I was now on my way to becoming a human; I would soon be in a physical body. There was no apprehension, no confusion, nothing but peace and that excitement I spoke of.

Sure, it sounds like a nice story. Sounds "out there." What I can say is that this dream has greatly effected me. First, I had it as a memory (perhaps due to a dream I forgot about, perhaps not). Many years later I had it as a dream. It is one of those stand-out dreams where you wake up feeling it had tremendous meaning, it was deju vu, it was an "aha moment," it seemed totally unlike anything one could experience here on Earth, etc. What is it to me? It FEELS like truth. It stands out like a sore thumb in my brain and it never leaves me.

Update: I decided, after all of these years, to do a little research on the Internet about other people's experiences. Here's some of what I found:

1. Betty Eadie's book "The Ripple Effect" describes "life as a river": It concerns how we choose our destinies before our birth and how it is analogous to standing on top of a very high mountain and looking down upon a vast system of rivers and choosing which river to undertake. From the vantage point of being on top of a mountain, we can get a good view all the rivers from their beginning to their end. As in life, each river has a number of forks and branches to choose from. Some rivers are more challenging while others are less challenging. Some rivers are very dangerous and can lead to disaster. But no matter which river of life we choose before our birth, the river will always carry us back to the sea. This means we are all predestined to eventually return to God. But once we begin our journey down the river of our choosing, we have many choices which are not predetermined.

2. A toddler called Daniel, spoke of his experiences to his mother when he was two and a half, when he saw the sea for the first time in his life. His mother Greta said, "I thought that his eyes were going to pop out of his head. He ran straight in and started dancing up and down." Then Daniel told her, "I had to go into the water to get born, Mummy, it wasn't the same as the sea though. It was a river." Asked where that was, he replied: "You know Heaven, where all the little boys and girls live before they are born. It's where the river was."

Music Is A Language & More

I doubt there is anyone who would deny music is incredibly powerful. But I have recently been shown by my spirit friends that music is actually a language in the next realm. And that by listening to it, you can learn from it just as if you opened a reference book and read it.

I never doubted music would be important there, but I never pondered that it could be equal to study books.

Forces of Nature

Today at the health club, I was thinking about all of the times throughout my life the Universe seemed to throw me into one particular other person's path. So many strange coincidences that, when analyzed, really make me believe the forces of nature keep circulating our circles of people together in order to provide ongoing opportunities for us to forge our connection even deeper now that he's left the physical realm.

May I add how wonderful love is and how powerful it can be! Oh how this amazing soul has had tremendous positive effect on my very core, every fiber of my being!

EVP Captured Last Night

Last night my friend and I captured some share-worthy EVP (electronic voice phenomena). We used a Sony digital recorder. I asked our spirit friends to combine their energies and on the count of 3 either speak or make a noise collectively. They chose to make a noise and they made that sound 3 times. There is also a message for me at the end of the EVP. I know what it says but I'll let you determine it on your own. We cannot explain what we recorded.

That Was Interesting

In the wee hours of Friday morning I awoke in bed because I could feel someone's feet intertwined with mine (I was sleeping alone). After I opened my eyes I could still feel it for a few more moments. It felt very real, and warm. That experience was accompanied by a comforting feeling. Ghost, imagination, dream,...? Whatever the cause in this case it was interesting.

Sometimes I just know and sometimes I don't.

Energy Circle Experience

About 2 months ago my friend and I attended an energy group in downtown Crystal Lake, IL. Not fully knowing what to expect, we felt a little out of place. I've had an interest in energy healing and just learning how to work with energy period. It was definitely an interesting gathering and there were about 7 of us in attendance. We practiced moving our energy around our circle and we also tried directing energy towards one another. That night, I think all of us were eventually able to see energy coming off of our own, or someone else's, fingertips.

One helpful exercise was we took turns sitting in a chair, with our back to everyone else. One by one, each person came up behind that person and tried to move their energy around and within the person in the chair - and they were to try and guess which one of the group was standing behind them, as well as describe the feeling of that energy and what they thought the person was like. Despite being able to sense due to perfume smell in one case, and the particular sound of someone's breathing in another, I did walk away knowing a few things I hadn't. Throughout the night the others commented on how strong my energy was. I've long suspected that but have not yet learned how to control it / use it. The energy healer running the group exclaimed at one point that he had just seen my third eye. Stating something to the effect that it was "very cool", purple and beautiful. Wish I had seen it.

One last thing of note. Both my friend and I witnessed several instances of unexplainable flashes of light in the room during our energy circle. This evening was far more entertaining than the last couple of movies I have seen. In other words, a worthwhile night out at a reasonable price.

August 2, 2011 Meditation Sketches

I wanted to share these mediation sketches because they are some of the most real images I have gotten. They feel important to me so I wanted to share. Please ignore my poor drawing skills; these drawings are being shared for the message, not the art.

During vibration frequency meditation: 936Hz Pineal Gland Activator. This exact one in fact: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3h2mJnvRbZ8&NR=1 . I close my eyes instead of watching the screen, however.

4 very clear images came to me. This is the 1st. I saw a HUGE stairway made of ancient-looking grey stones with lush green vines running down, adhering to the shape of the stairs. It would be impossible to climb these stairs as a human because of their size. At the top was immense sunlight.

Second image I saw: I was looking down from very high above - like from a mountain top or somewhere in the sky. I jumped and started to fly. An obilisque building soon came into view; I flew faster and faster the closer I got to it. Around the center of the building were swirls of colored energy. I flew into them and circled the building a few times.

Apparently in mediation my inner 8 year old draws! I can't even come close to doing my vision justice... Third image I saw: I was suddenly standing under this gigantic arch inside of a grey castle-like building. Colored energy and lightning bolt-like energy shot up from the bottom of both sides and met in the center at the top of arch, forming a swirling mist of the combined energies. I knew this was a very important and powerful place.

Fourth image. I do not know how I got here from the arch but I was suddenly in another room made of the huge grey stone blocks. It was dark. The only thing I saw in the room was in the back center - a carved stone figure of what I thought to be a person. It was very detailed in the carving and yet I couldn't make out the details. I am guessing on the figure's outline. Perhaps I didn't note the details of that because I was distracted by brilliant prisms of colored light coming off of the head and shoulders of this grey stone figure. I found it odd, considering there was no light source in the room. And as I glanced at this figure, it started to stack one on top of another, until there were about 30 of them, creating such an overwhelmingly beautiful site. I then lost my grip on the meditation and went back to my current reality.

Painted directly after a long meditation period. I cleared my mind and simply painted, letting the brush direct me. I was in a very wonderful state where I felt immense love. When I finished the painting, I could clearly see I painted a horse's head. I have no idea why yet but I knew I needed to name this one "Ethereal Equine."

Man heading through tunnel. The outline of this young man looks exactly like a friend of mine who passed years ago. I painted this after meditation and had no idea what I was painting.

I have been in contact with his spirit and he confirmed this painting is of him... and that this is an image of a memory of mine! He claims that I was there to say goodbye when he died, even though I didn't "know" he died until about 7 years later.

Painted immediately after meditation. I had been experiencing a lot of dreams and meditation visions of space. I did not, however, know where the painting was going. Looking at the finished piece, I knew it was of a falling planet. Love this one!

This is very similar to some of the images I have seen while meditating over the last year and a half. There is a lack of blending of color here due to rays of colored light coming in from different directions.
