I just finished this piece. First I wrote LOTS of motivational words on the canvas. Then I painted over them, allowing some of the words to peek through. I purposely did not blend the colors well in order to make the background more bold. This was so the soft, iridescent cross would pop right off of the backdrop.
Inspired by the light within all of us. A reminder to shine it brightly.
